This place's chicken just tastes and feels frozen. It has that disgusting texture you'd get from Thai Zone's general tsao chicken which itself is sub par to my standards. Besides obviously frozen chicken, the taste is below average and every time I asked for a spicy general thai, my request was denied and been told to just pour the Sriracha they keep on the side. Management and employees just don't feel motivated and seem to take shortcuts, which is unfortunate to see this under the Thai Express banner which to me is supposed to represent quality.
