Worst Tiki Ming. If there was 0 stars option. I would’ve definitely given that. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very bad customer service, very small food portions, everything is terrible with this restaurant. I asked for a combo, they gave me a kid portion size meal and charged me 18$. Don’t ever go there !!

Very small portion, unpleasant staff.
Very different from where I go in Montreal. Small portions...general Tao soft and mushy...the little chicken balls were dry...what a disappointment!!!!
I am an Asian so I can say that this is the best Asian restaurant in Québec City.

Worst Tiki-Ming I've seen. Very small portions and food not fresh at all. I left without taking my plate! Stupid staff! I don't know what MTY is doing to keep poorly run franchises like that that don't even respond to their comments. They don't care about their customers!
Disappointing small portions

Food still pretty good, the chicken was good! BUT Check your invoices BEFORE you pay! I had a little quick sleight of hand done. I was charged 0.55 cents for a utensil with my meal. At the time I was shocked, but hey, it seems like that’s where we’re going. It's more the fact that no one mentioned it to me. The cashier tells me $17.25 and I give her $20.25 to receive $3. Between the moment she takes the money she asks me if I want a utensil and I tell her yes of course. She quickly places it on my cabaret, pops an extra on the cash register and gives me back my 0.25 cents with the rest of my change: $2.20. I didn't understand at first and that's what I saw on the bill: $17.80. She could have at least told me so that I could give her more change or just so that I would simply be aware of the thing. $0.55 added quickly like that couldn't have returned anything, especially since it's for a utensil with the meal you're going to eat... it's supposed to come with it! If it was easy for her to do something extra quick like that without me realizing it, it's easy to do it to several people.

Refusing a glass of water after selling a 2 choice for $16, not great.
It's 2024. We don't buy bottled water.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience! The service was impeccable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the quality of the product/service exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend and will return without hesitation. Congratulations to the whole team for an exceptional job!

I ordered a seafood soup meal. I only had shrimp, the broth was unfortunately bland and lifeless. Good side: fresh and crunchy vegetables.Unless there is an adjustment in the soups, I would go a few steps to their right to Thaï Express.

Ridiculous portion, refuses to give a simple glass of water when it is forbidden to refuse, excessive prices for the quantity and poor quality.

Charges for utensils. Completely stupid to charge 50 cents for 1 fork to someone who just paid $30 for food. In addition, do not give a glass of water even though it is obligatory to offer free water when you are a restaurant. Never again in life
