Tim Hortons in Quebec City

“I had the best Tim Hortons experience of my life here. I'm traveling through quebec from the us, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to order here since I don't speak any french. I got to the drive thru and a very nice young man took my order after somebody else was having some difficulty understanding me. He was even happy to explain the whole lunch menu to me, he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I got to the window and it took a minute for someone to take my payment, but I got to watch my food being prepared right inside and the guy making it was moving quicker than I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. He finished my order, got to the window and I realized it was the same guy, he was taking orders and making the food at the same time and doing a great job of both. I honestly didn't expect much from this from this tiny spot in a gas station, but this young man really helped me. Not to mention, my lunch was great, he didn't skimp on anything and I got exactly what I asked for.“

“Drive-thru service only in the evening and sometimes the attendant is not there.
Everything about food and drink is excellent.
But the employees should have a little better training.
I'm a coffee addict.
Every day I go get a coffee.
But the service leaves something to be desired.

“In terms of better internal decoration, architectural view, lightning arrangement, behavioural approach of the concerned people, Tim Hortons is highly acceptable to the people in Queebec province of Canada providing food items & cofees of utmost quality making Tim Hortons extremely popular undoubtedly.“

“Stop quickly with a friend, we grabbed 2 Timatin Bacon Bagels, 1 Crispy Chicken Burger and a Crispy Chicken Ranch Wrap. We had a FUN!! Fast and impeccable service, smiles and politeness, a great atmosphere and delicious flavors in short! We are won over. Not our first time here and still delighted with this address.
We finished the brunch with a fabulous Autumn Spices latte and 3 muffins: Fruit Explosion (with its red fruit coulis inside!), Autumn Spices (and its pumpkin seeds on top) and Bluet wild but which we have not yet tasted.

“Very fast service since there is no drive-thru service. For even faster service, order in advance via the mobile application, these orders are processed as a priority. Often, employees even ask customers waiting in line what they are going to order to speed up service!Outstanding!“

“J’y suis allée aujourd’hui (30 août) vers 12h30 et le service a la fenêtre du service au volant était exceptionnel, la jeune fille était accueillante, polie et sociale ce qui se fait de plus en plus rare aujourd’hui! C’est rarement sur mon chemin, mais si Je suis dans le coin, J’y retournerais. La nourriture était comme désirée, chaud et bon au gout !“
