Slow service to death. A person at the drive-thru who asks you 3 times what you want and each time you start to say your order they break off saying “it won’t take long” Finally 45 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru. Frankly, if you are not able to manage both the drive-thru and the room service, well, close the drive-thru. What’s more, having glanced around the room, it really didn’t seem full to me. Anyway, I hear that there's a lot of discussion but that it doesn't work hard. And no one apologizes for the time or anything, normal simple basic logic. Ah and obviously an error in my order but that’s anecdotal.

The service during the week is impeccable, but the weekend team is just catastrophic, no organization, mixed orders, you repeat your order to them 5 times, and at the end they give you another order 😅 after waiting for 'one hour for chicken and cheese bagel wrap

My girlfriend and I have gone to this Tim Hortons many times, and we are disappointed every time. The waiting time is always long, there are often errors in orders. My coffee is often poorly prepared: there is missing espresso foam or they add an extra shot of espresso. I'm allergic to eggs, and even after mentioning it, they put eggs in almost every time. My girlfriend ordered a buffalo ranch wrap, but she got a ham and cheddar instead. Very ordinary.

J’y suis allée aujourd’hui (30 août) vers 12h30 et le service a la fenêtre du service au volant était exceptionnel, la jeune fille était accueillante, polie et sociale ce qui se fait de plus en plus rare aujourd’hui! C’est rarement sur mon chemin, mais si Je suis dans le coin, J’y retournerais. La nourriture était comme désirée, chaud et bon au gout !
