For pulet habenero I wait about 15 minutes. When I recived my order it was so cold, the salad was watery because it had been waiting for so long, and the rice was very hard because it was not cooked. I would also like to point out that unfortunately some of the employees were quite dirty. I did not feel hygienic at all.

Stop quickly with a friend, we grabbed 2 Timatin Bacon Bagels, 1 Crispy Chicken Burger and a Crispy Chicken Ranch Wrap. We had a FUN!! Fast and impeccable service, smiles and politeness, a great atmosphere and delicious flavors in short! We are won over. Not our first time here and still delighted with this address. We finished the brunch with a fabulous Autumn Spices latte and 3 muffins: Fruit Explosion (with its red fruit coulis inside!), Autumn Spices (and its pumpkin seeds on top) and Bluet wild but which we have not yet tasted.
In any case, we highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!!

Great lack of organization and professionalism on the part of the team which is reflected in the level of service received. Some of the employees are not wearing their uniforms (one in jogging pants and a dirty t-shirt, another in jeans). The employee in jogging pants and t-shirt takes orders from the drive-thru and allows himself to comment and roll his eyes. I understand that the customer outside does not see his contempt but those in front of him do. Maybe working in customer service wasn't a good choice for this boy. Very sad for the owner of this franchise…

Very very smiling staff, super pleasant, efficient, and in a good mood!! A radiant atmosphere, exquisite flavors (we had the crispy chicken ranch wrap then refilled 3 times, carrot/walnut muffin, autumn spice muffin, chocolate cookies, Nutella dream donuts and Flavor Explosion donuts)
The service was very fast, the coffee served still hot (an Autumn Spices latte) and it was possible to eat in and then take away.

Commandé un trio tim matin sur croissant cheddar érable. Répéter deux fois que c'était en trio. Recu un tim matin blt sur bagel et pas de patate mais les bons cafés. En plus de ne pas recevoir ma commande, l'employé m'a obstiné qu'il n'avait pas ca d'écrit comme commande et n'avait aucunement l'intention de corriger quoi que ce soit. Bravo

The restaurant is renovated so quite nice but very little space to eat. On the other hand, the service leaves something to be desired. We waited 10 minutes for 3 identical coffees. I hope you're not in a hurry moving on to this Tim. If you are, go to Tim near the prison and Jean Coutu they are better
