Hello: message for the owner, today 02/14/2025 at 8:10 a.m. I ordered breakfast with coffee? I had to wait almost 15 minutes for breakfast because you
employee cheated twice? Also the service was not good there were a lot of employees but the organization or a supervisor who can manage the problems I see all and absent m.. try to improve your service with customers

Today, I had a coffee and a snack in your establishment, which I paid for by credit card. When I asked for a glass of water I was charged $0.20. I was very surprised by this practice. All the customers present seemed equally surprised. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that it was a directive from the supervisor, according to which glasses of water must be paid for.
I would like to point out that this is the first time that I have seen a brand charge for a glass of water, especially to a customer who has already consumed your products. It is not a question of amount, but of principle. Charging for a glass of water in such circumstances is, in my opinion, incomprehensible and unacceptable.
When I shared this anecdote with those close to me, they thought I was joking. I invite you to reconsider this practice, which harms the image of your establishment.

On my way today January 30, 2025 around 2 p.m., I stopped at your Tim Horton's. I ordered 6 specific donuts (sorts) and I got half of what I asked for and the other 3 were duplicates of what I asked for. Also, the box was soaked underneath. I dirty my car and the seat. It's complicated to repeat the order and put something else in it... I'll go elsewhere now!

It would be wise for all employees to be aware that there is a self-service payment terminal, and in periods of high traffic to provide an incentive to use it (a host/hostess) who guides customers to the terminal and assists them as needed, a bit like McDonald's did when implementing this alternative or like certain retail stores and self-checkout cash registers. I placed my order via the terminal (quite intuitive and easy to use) but I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a simple coffee, since no one had seen the order appear on the monitor.

Another suggestion: the pastries and donuts menu would benefit from being updated every day via the Uber/Dashboard application but also the self-service terminal, because the meager game displayed does not correlate with what was available in the display, the latter being largely stocked, the new items added to the menu could thus reach a larger clientele and stimulate sales.

The team lacks coordination and collaboration, so the new employee should have had terminal commands appear in a specific location, this collaboration (teamwork) would allow a better atmosphere and fluidity of rotation while positively impacting the statistics of Customer waiting times and reduce missed sales.

It would be fun if the employees learned to read and understand French to complete their orders... 2 sandwiches, two mistakes, plus a cashier who stares at me with the eyes of a fried whiting when I ask her to correct everything... then no radio playing in the branch, a library is less quiet.

Terrible, I ordered 3 things via Uber, a coffee, a biscuit and a timatin, of which they forgot the timatin, I can't leave my house to get the product because I have my daughter sick, they don't does not provide a solution to my problem.

I'm giving 3 stars simply because I did end up getting what i ordered.

Got my order wrong, came back to have it redone, it was way too hard to get my point across that my order was wrong, but ultimately, the manager agreed, and i got my stuff.

I know that it sucks to work retail/restauration, but if im respectful, please dont disrespect me. It's just rude and unprofessional.
