Need to better train their night crew waited almost 15 minutes for one latte. And at first the guy gave me a cup of milk with vanilla syrup and ice but didn’t put the coffee! And I had to explain that a latte had coffee in it!

Why was the urinal mat... on top of, and not IN, the urinal? I think it was touching the flush button. I switched to the toilet.
Not hygienic.

Très sale à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Système ( module ) de commande à l'auto tout défraichi , manque des panneaux, rouillé, etc Stationnement plein de trous. Peu accueillant dans l'ensemble

Je suis allé au service a l auto en fin de soirée pour bien finir mon repas avec un bon café, quel déception de la part de la jeune fille qui ma répondu, elle m abstinais que je n avais pas droit a mon café avec ma carte fidélité de Tim, alors je lui ai dit d accord je vais le payer, aucun sourir, je dirais même un air bête, je devais la déranger car elle parlais avec une autre employée, j ai fini par avoir mon café, rempli au 3/4 et tiède, je suis retourner en dedans pour lui dire.....
