Wow, 3.8 out of 5, so I understand. We arrived around 6 p.m. me and my daughter we were placed in the bar section with our menus there were 2 other tables which also seemed to be waiting. 30 minutes went by without anyone coming to see us (not even a glass of water) it's not as if the two waitresses didn't see us, on the contrary the one with glasses was telling the other about her life about the "bitching" " on other employees in the restaurant (it didn't look easy to see her hanging around). And there! Nothing left, no more waitresses in the bar than the TVs that work on the wall behind the bar. After more than 30 minutes of being ignored we got up to leave, at the same time one of the couples who were already there before us got up at the same time saying that they too were tired of waiting (they were almost 40 minutes). Still no waitresses in the bar when leaving and still none when we drove past. Shitty service, waitress who talks behind others' backs and the two waitresses who disappear. Nice gang of bad guys. I will not go back there, I will not recommend and it will be a good discussion in a future podcast on "Mikes sur Bouvier" if we broach the subject of restaurants in Quebec.

Sunday morning December 1st.
We went to lunch, brunch plates.
It was excellent, flavors, warmth, service, atmosphere.
It was perfect for us.

The only negative comment is that it was cold in the restaurant, although I'm always hot.
Apart from that we are very satisfied as we are every time we go there.

We had lunch as a family. I was very disappointed with my meal. They served me my waffles which were literally burnt. My partner had leftover food stuck to the bottom of his coffee cup.
Our waitress was really friendly and empathetic.

The food is very good, unfortunately the service was very bad this time specifically!

We went to breakfast on a Sunday morning,
When we get back, it takes 15 minutes to come see us and serve us some water!

Then we waited for our meals for 1 hour... I can understand that the lack of employees can sometimes justify this however... our server did not come to see us to follow up, we asked him for condiments it was forgotten, the server justified the delay in meals by the fact that "The boss was in the kitchens, and she was overtaking the cooks' work, and the kitchens made a lot of duplicate orders" it was strange and inappropriate to share that with customers…

In short, at the end when it was time to pay, despite this dismal experience, we paid and left a 15% tip, the waiter gave us back the ticket and left quickly without even thanking us and wishing us a good day, very honestly I don't I've never had such an experience or almost...

The food was so bad I’m disappointed. I ordered chicken wings and I felt they were missing some cooking and let me not start with the fries, they tasted like they were straight out of the fridge ! It’s my second time going and both times I’ve been highly disappointed. Doubt I’ll ever come back.
