Bad experience today with Jenny... I wanted a Philli sandwich but was told that it was only served at lunch so I understand but in this case I look at the menu to find something else and she waits impatiently. Then my partner accidentally dropped his liquor but she said it doesn't matter, we'll clean it up and left for his cell. When she came back I asked her if she was going to pick up the liquor so I wouldn't get stuck in it. She said no, if anyone else ever drops their liquor, we'll just have a look after the evening service. I was stunned

It is January 6, 2025, I chose Mikes for the first time in my life and this will be the last. Experience that ruined my day and that of my family was caused by the cashier who assumed that he was the owner and invited me to go elsewhere just because he didn't like me asking two simple questions I didn't know what to choose (it's my first time at mikes) I think he didn't like my face, and for your information 11:15 and the entire floor was empty so no one last me. Customer service almost zero since there is a Ms who came last and spoke well if not big zero. Mikes laurel 🤦🏽♂️ ❌
Having worked in the Laurier center for over a year, I eat here for most of my breaks (3 to 4 times/week). There hasn't been a time when I haven't been delighted with the customer service! The employees are friendly and very welcoming, the service is fast, the quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this place, they will add a little sunshine to your days!
