What a great company. They are warm and definitely passionate people who are there to tell us about their good products, each one tastier than the last. Have you tried their vegan brownies? Great partnership with Le Palet d'Or which has agreed to set up training with our community organization, which welcomes adults with disabilities. Nice exchange, which allows different residents to discover pastry, bakery and chocolate making. The various workshops are led by the various Palet d'Or professionals, who adapt with great pedagogy to their clientele. A great open-mindedness!

An essential place to enjoy good pastries and bakeries. I had the chance to do the bread making workshop with the co-owner Arthur, very friendly and a very good popularizer so that we understand all the manufacturing techniques. It was a wonderful workshop that I have wonderful memories of. And eat bread for several days!!! Thank you for offering good products and workshops!!
