I was really looking forward to trying this spot after seeing so many glowing 5-star reviews, but I have to be honest,I left feeling pretty disappointed. The bagels I got were dense and lacked the flavor and chew I typically expect from a good bagel. After toasting, they became so hard that they were difficult to bite into, which really took away from the experience.
It’s possible I caught them on an off day, or maybe the other reviews were a bit more generous than warranted. I usually rely heavily on reviews when trying a new place, and this was the first time I felt they really missed the mark by far. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t live up to the hype for me.

Stopped by Bugel Fabrique de Bagels in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised! Even after lunch hours, the bagels were fresh and tasty. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. A great spot for a late bite or a casual coffee break. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! This place is an absolute gem in Québec City. The bagels were incredibly tasty, the prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. The people working there were genuinely kind and friendly.
