Service to be reviewed! I felt like I was being rushed during our meal. My friend had barely finished his meal when his plate was picked up by the waitress. It's frankly unpleasant. It ruined the whole atmosphere, I had the impression that time was running out and that I had to hurry to finish my plate. We have therefore readjusted the tips downwards. And the waitress was allowed to make a comment to us in a very, very haughty tone to make us understand that we had not tipped as much as she was hoping for. No, but honestly!! Avoid if you wanted to have a good time with friends.

This ended up being a highlight of our trip to Quebec. A little walk out of the tourist district is a great way to see the town. The atmosphere inside is cozy and welcoming. The menu offers not just bagels, but sandwiches and breakfast plates for every taste from vegan to indulgent carnivore. We actually felt lucky (and a bit smug) about finding it. You will be glad you made the effort to eat here!

Got Le Poissin & Le Provençal and a cappuccino. They were amazing 🤩🥳 Salad dressing and jam were unique. Bagels were toasted to perfection and tasted so good. Also, very aesthetic plate arrangement. Bagel meals were slightly on the pricey for me but no regrets. Server was very nice.
It's a small place, but nice and friendly, their bagels are so good it's worth the detour.

I have been going to Bugel for several years. I always loved the experience and recommended it to most of my friends who were visiting the city. I had left a 5* in the past.
For several months, however, I can no longer recommend this restaurant. I still love the food, but the service is pitiful. It feels like you have to harass employees to receive minimal service. The wait is endless before receiving our meal even if there are not many customers. There is a serious lack of professionalism, I understand that there is a shortage of manpower, but the degradation of service is worse than anything I have seen elsewhere.
