Blaxton Aéroport de Québec offers a beautiful atmosphere, with comfortable seating areas near the windows that are bright and enjoyable during the day. The Blaxton burger and fries are standouts, served with a special hot sauce. This is a good place to eat that avoids the gouging of most airports. The staff is friendly and really kind. It is a very good place for breakfast before the flight. Their version of poutine shocked them because it was better than what they tried in previous days. The atmosphere was of a large, modern, airy sports bar. Servers were top notch. Food was a bit bland, used a lot of salt and hot sauce. The hot sauce was local though, and dang good!
