Based on the reviews, Brulerie Rousseau | YQB offers a selection of coffee and baked goods. The Americano was amazing and is considered one of the best airport Americanos, with a different style of roast. The butter croissant was flawless, and the matcha latte and vegan cookie were very nice. The matcha comes unsweetened by default. The vegan cookie is a dense cinnamon oat cookie with nuts, seeds, and raisins. Service was quick, and the baristas were very kind and knowledgeable. Alt milks have a $1.00 surcharge. A vegan salad bowl and a vegetarian sandwich are also on the menu.
