Best croissant of my life, friendly staff, cute bakery. The croissant ($1.75h was incredible, very fresh moist and flakey. Bread looks amazing, gets weighed by kg. Staff was very friendly, entertaining and helpful.
The bread is good. For croissants, it is not specified, but there are two kinds: with coconut oil (vegan) or with butter. You have to ask for the one you want. The reception depends on the person serving. Often very young people who are not always pleasant, but on average the experience remains positive. If we judge the quality of the bread and pastries, a large part is organic and of very good quality. We enjoy what we eat from Borderon le fils.
