From all the other restaurants we tried at Quebec, this one would be the only one we are looking forward to come back. Amazing food, amazing service.

The food is amazing, period. The biggest issue with this place is the poor management of the wait line. Upon arrival, it’s not clear if you need to give your name inside. We were 2 people, waited 45min. A group of 3 people came and was seated right away. This was very disappointing. Once inside, they cram up tables really close. We were sat upstairs, where to squeeze more tables they placed us next to a back door that kept opening by their staff. After waiting on -20, you can imagine the frustration.
This is a wonderful place, with some very hard working and caring people but it feels poorly managed with ton of opportunities to improve the client experience.
Ex. Put external heaters for folks in line, offer a warm beverage while people wait; don’t cramp up tables; implement a reservation system, the demand is there and it makes a huge difference to client experience.

Very disappointing experience the waiting time was extremely long, we had to wait outside in the cold before being allowed inside, hoping to get warm, but once seated in the middle of the restaurant, the door kept opening and cold air constantly hit us.the worst part was being pressured to leave a tip despite the bad service tipping should be based on good service, not something customers feel forced into this made the experience even more unpleasant.

A fantastic place with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very professional and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food exceeded expectations — absolutely delicious!Truly recommend it, especially eggs Benedict!
We came in during a busy time, were able to get a table right away. Breakfast meals were great, service was great and fast. Will definitely come back.

First night in town. It looked quaint from the outside, warm and cosy on the inside and the owner is very friendly. We share a huge piece of 3 meats and vegi pie with salad. The food was delicious, the ambience was just what we were looking for. Really enjoyed.
