I went here the other night with my girlfriend and a few friends and we all absolutely loved our experience here due to not just the great food but also because of the outstanding table service from our waitress Elsa who definitely deserves a big shout out. We were there to try some traditional, authentic Quebec cuisine so we wanted Tourtière and French Onion Soup. Thankfully Elsa recommended to us that we should split the Le Pâté Chinois and a bowl of French Onion Soup and we can honestly say that we loved the food and were very satisfied because we got exactly what we were looking for. Elsa was unbelievably friendly and really kind to take the time to talk with us and give us some very good advice about the local cuisine, language, the city and everything else which was very helpful since we were tourists. Elsa definitely made our experience there a very pleasant one since she actually took the time to not just recommend us some good food but because she actually made us feel very comfortable and welcome at the restaurant and especially in the city. We can’t thank her enough for the experience and I can’t wait to come back here during my next visit to the city!
Bon acceuil, et surtout un déjeuner plein de saveur…

We ordered the vegan burger, wanting to try this fairly famous brunch despite our diet.
It was already a bit of a shame that we couldn't eat eggs benedict without meat, but even then, I don't hold it against it.
The food wasn't amazing...
But hey, the setting was nice and we got out for $25 for two, so we're still pretty satisfied.

Great experience, it’s very cozy. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is ok you see that sometimes they don't want to be there and answer your questions. Overall it's a nice place the food is very good.

There is a bit of a wait at the door, but it still goes quickly. Good value for money and the portions are generous. I had the eggs benedict, I wasn't expecting that cheese sauce. It was a little too much for my taste, but still good. My partner had the brunch plate. He really liked the pie.

Ideal for brunch after a morning run. They don't take reservations and it's usually full, so there will be a bit of a queue, however they go fast and the place and terrace are large. It is worth waiting to eat on the terrace, very pleasant. They have several options and the food is very good, copious portions. The team is friendly, correct prices. Highly recommended.

I discovered this restaurant located in old Quebec during a brunch with a friend and I highly recommend the eggs benedict with spinach on homemade bread: a real treat! Special mention for the homemade strawberry jam, delicious and perfectly sweet. The service was fast and courteous, which made the experience even more pleasant. A great address for a successful brunch.

We arrived during the lunch rush and had to stand outside in line. Even though the weather was chilly and our toes were numb, the queue was long!
The food was fantastic, particularly the smoked meat paired with eggs Benedict.
The staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles as they served us.
The prices were reasonable, making it quite budget-friendly.
I can’t wait to return!

Very busy but quickly found seating. Service is quick and straightforward. L’assiette canadienne was nothing special but not bad.

Tourist trap .Waitress asked how we wanted our eggs garnished but didn't say it was extra . Like $15 extra for cheese 1 meat and vege the egg was already $17.00 She also talks to the employee like he was 3 years old. She definitely has a chip on her shoulder with no personality Terrible experience stay away ..over .. $40.00 for 1 breakfast with 2 eggs for bad coffee hollandaise made out of cheese whiz just no quality what so ever

The L'Assiette Brunch consisting of sunny-side up eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, toast, baked beans, strawberry jam, potatoes, and a half piece of meat pie was alright. The potatoes could be crispier and a bit more salt and pepper. However, it's not worth going again.
