Bistro St-Malo offers an authentic French dining experience with excellent food and drink. The cozy and warm atmosphere is complemented by genuinely friendly and respectful staff, who provide warm and personalized service. The menu features delicious dishes such as tuna tartare with basil, octopus with limoncello, and steak fries with smoked butter. The poulet is moist and flavorful, and the fries are perfectly salty. The cassolette de la mer is similar to a good bouillabaisse Marseillaise, and the mussels and sea stew are rich in flavor, with quality seafood ingredients. The cassoulet includes Duck Confit, making it very satisfying. For dessert, the Ameretto Creme Brulee is a rich and creamy way to finish the meal. The restaurant is popular and cozy, so reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.
