“My wife picked this locally loved spot to try Quebec poutine while we were Quebec City. We ordered the Poutine Dulton Saucisses and the Galvaude — both were tasty, and the gravy really stood out. Rich, flavorful, and exactly what you'd hope for in a classic poutine.
A quick heads-up: unless you have a serious appetite, go with the smallest portion size. It’s very generous and more than enough for one person.“

“We went to eat at Victor's on a weekday evening, we were able to get a table straight away. We took the starter of the week (too expensive: almost $20 for 4 meatballs which was not specified). That said, the burgers were really good and plentiful!“

“Very good place to meet friends. Perhaps a little touch of excellence is needed to complete it: faded salad, inaccurate price between the menu and invoicing, syntax error on the daily menu and validation of the parking ticket which does not work. Despite this, we had a lovely evening there.“

“I have very few complaints for this restaurant. I go there a few times a year for dinner during the week when I go to the office. The service has always been good. I recommend their veggie burgers even if you're not (I'm not). I haven't tried the vegan ones but the vegetarian ones have been there for a few years.“

“Very fast drive-thru service. The entrance to it is well signposted in the parking lot and on the side of the street (boul. Industriel). The people are courteous and smiling and I liked the temporary painting of the window, it looks welcoming.“

“You've got to try the burgers here! Every time we go it's consistently delicious. Staff are forgiving of our poor or non-existant french language skills. Parking lot is busy and the pot holes are insanity bit they are totally worth it for this delicious burger and fries. See you next year when we are in Quebec again!“

“Food was delicious as always. Very fast service, waitress was attentive. Booking online, they ask if it is a special occasion. It was and I mentioned it but nothing was done. Its not the first time this happens, including other restaurants. Im beginning to think that they don't bother looking at that dropbox at all in general. Nevertheless, great place to eat!“

“I have been eating at Harveys for over 30 years. Still the best fast food burger. However, you NEVER put the relish in the top bun! Rookie mistake. In 30 years, never seen this before.
You always have to be very specific when saying the topping. Otherwise, still just as good!“

“This was my first experience with Canadian fast food. I've got to say that it was actually pretty good. I tried the le squick burger d'alexis, which was a bacon burger with cheese curds and chipotle sauce. It was surprisingly good. Since I didn't really know what to expect, I also ordered classic poutine and it was also good. The portions were very good considering I ordered the bébé size. The cheese curds were squeaky in the burger and poutine, so they were fresh. I'll probably try something different next time, just because I like trying new foods.“

“When I have a taste for a good poutine, and I often do, Ashton is one of the best restaurants in Quebec to satisfy this type of craving. Try an extra sausage with your poutine, it's sensational! This Ashton is well maintained and the staff are friendly.“

“I rarely comment on my experience but today I do because I rarely have such good service. Super nice service when ordering, but after a small mistake the cook/Mathieu comes out of the back of the restaurant to come in a few seconds when I come back with my sandwich, makes it again and even brings it to me with a big smile. He has the right to a raise, if we talk about employing devote wow! Thank you so much“

“This was my first time visiting Quebec and honestly the food was amazing. Pizza was mouth melting and poutine was out of the world.
The waitress was so friendly and patient.
She helped us in ordering since I didn’t know french.

“For the complainers... Ashton always has good poutine. I love him. It is definitely THE poutine to try for the first time. It is a reference, then you can compare to others. I would like that with the new owners, they would revamp the restaurants which let's say it... are sorely lacking in love now. However, I hope the prices won't increase if they revamp it because it's made it extremely expensive for a poutine.“
