“They serves one of the best poutines we’ve had on this trip! Both the gravy and fries were incredibly delicious. We ordered the Medium Steak Poutine, and the portion was huge—definitely worth the price. The owner, who is from Belgium, was super friendly. We visited during a quiet time, and she managed to handle both the cash register and cooking all by herself—amazing! If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended!“

“We went to eat at Victor's on a weekday evening, we were able to get a table straight away. We took the starter of the week (too expensive: almost $20 for 4 meatballs which was not specified). That said, the burgers were really good and plentiful!“

“Very good place to meet friends. Perhaps a little touch of excellence is needed to complete it: faded salad, inaccurate price between the menu and invoicing, syntax error on the daily menu and validation of the parking ticket which does not work. Despite this, we had a lovely evening there.“

“I have very few complaints for this restaurant. I go there a few times a year for dinner during the week when I go to the office. The service has always been good. I recommend their veggie burgers even if you're not (I'm not). I haven't tried the vegan ones but the vegetarian ones have been there for a few years.“

“Une propriétaire présente, sympathique et agréable. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience l’équipe est efficace ce qui fait qu’elle mérite amplement le pourboire laissé à la fin du repas. “The platters the beef was dry and overcooked the Mme pac Mac burger had practically no cheese sauce the meat was overcooked for the rest the service was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant a little disappointed for a bill of more than 200 $ for 2 people with tip“

“This was my first experience with Canadian fast food. I've got to say that it was actually pretty good. I tried the le squick burger d'alexis, which was a bacon burger with cheese curds and chipotle sauce. It was surprisingly good. Since I didn't really know what to expect, I also ordered classic poutine and it was also good. The portions were very good considering I ordered the bébé size. The cheese curds were squeaky in the burger and poutine, so they were fresh. I'll probably try something different next time, just because I like trying new foods.“

“I have been eating at Harveys for over 30 years. Still the best fast food burger. However, you NEVER put the relish in the top bun! Rookie mistake. In 30 years, never seen this before.
You always have to be very specific when saying the topping. Otherwise, still just as good!“

“With decent burgers in place, there are still opportunities for improvements.
First - you have ketchup on demand, in small single-serve "airplane-mode" applications. It's a joke as it's not convenient at all, all QSRs got rid off this stuff long time ago, while you are behind. Are you really trying to save money? Just put big squeeze bottles, the same what your competitors do.
Second - your fries. You either have to change oil more frequently or to change the type of the oil you use as fries' smell is not nice and good flavour is lost.
Third and the main one - your personnel. While I appreciate the fact that people work on a minimum wage, it's not an excuse for not to maintain standard practices of how to welcome and service customers. No one was rude or disrespectful in my case, but simple "good morning", "how are you doing, Sir", "what else would you like" or just a smile would be greatly appreciated.“

“At the RESTO-PUB DELICE even in the middle of a rush, Karine's warm welcome, enhanced with a touch of humor, made all the difference. The service was remarkably fast, which is appreciated when you are a little hungry and only have an hour to eat.
We felt a great bond between the waitresses, adding to the friendly atmosphere of the place. And what about the plates? That lunchtime they were overflowing with delicious shrimp and quality products.
An experience not to be missed!“

“I rarely comment on my experience but today I do because I rarely have such good service. Super nice service when ordering, but after a small mistake the cook/Mathieu comes out of the back of the restaurant to come in a few seconds when I come back with my sandwich, makes it again and even brings it to me with a big smile. “When I have a taste for a good poutine, and I often do, Ashton is one of the best restaurants in Quebec to satisfy this type of craving. Try an extra sausage with your poutine, it's sensational! This Ashton is well maintained and the staff are friendly.“

“For the complainers... Ashton always has good poutine. I love him. It is definitely THE poutine to try for the first time. It is a reference, then you can compare to others. I would like that with the new owners, they would revamp the restaurants which let's say it... are sorely lacking in love now. However, I hope the prices won't increase if they revamp it because it's made it extremely expensive for a poutine.“
