“Today I had service and experience at this branch. After years of disappointment at other branches, I was impressed again. Exceptional and personal service from Brahim and his team who paid attention to detail and made my children feel like special guests. Super clean restaurant, food served as in the photo, with care, it's rare. Sincerely, hats off, this McDonald's is one of the few that is still worth the detour.“

“A&W has delicious food that I prefer over other restaurants. The fact that they use hormone free eggs and meats means a lot to me and my health. I highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the coffee. In most locations I find it very tasteless and/or watered down.Other than that, I can't complain. Even here in Quebec City, with me being an anglophone, they are able serve me and seem to enjoy speaking English.“

“We stopped by Snack Bar Saint-Jean for a quick bite since it was teatime. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger Bacon, Gyros Poutine and a soda drink. Both the burger and poutine tasted delicious, savoury and flavourful! They were generous with the meats and cheese curds in the poutine. We really enjoyed dining here! Staff were friendly and welcoming too.“

“Chez Victor is a feast for burger lovers. Montreal has their fair share of burger joints, Quebec City has Chez Victor, a restaurant that looks like an upscale lounge and that serves mouth watering burgers.Service was fine, our server was friendly enough. Don’t let the look of the restaurant fool you, these burgers are the real deal. A definite recommendation.“

“This was a quiet and awesome experience! Reduced menu set which is a quick read and what makes the order somewhat fast to receive. Everything we tasted was great, all the sauces and mayos from the burger to the special BBQ poutine sauce. Great collaboration with La Bête for some beef and Épices du guerrier for specialty spices.
We will go back!“

“I have very few complaints for this restaurant. I go there a few times a year for dinner during the week when I go to the office. The service has always been good. I recommend their veggie burgers even if you're not (I'm not). I haven't tried the vegan ones but the vegetarian ones have been there for a few years.“

“Very fast drive-thru service. The entrance to it is well signposted in the parking lot and on the side of the street (boul. Industriel). The people are courteous and smiling and I liked the temporary painting of the window, it looks welcoming.“
“I went here to eat a fry and drink a sweet root beer, my order is not too expensive about 6 dollars, I considered your personnel very friendly, respectful and smiling, your food court has lots of seating and your food are very good quality. Also, this restaurant is well situated in the mall around plenty of stores. Thanks for my wonderful visit !“

“You've got to try the burgers here! Every time we go it's consistently delicious. Staff are forgiving of our poor or non-existant french language skills. Parking lot is busy and the pot holes are insanity bit they are totally worth it for this delicious burger and fries. See you next year when we are in Quebec again!“

“Pour la première fois j'ai essayé le Grilled cheese Brie, chèvre, bacon et basilic et il était super bon! Servi avec une belle soupe aux tomates, délicieuse. Comme toujours les portions sont généreuses. Mes amis et moi ne buvions pas d'alcool, nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus d'eau mais sinon, tout était super! On a pu rapporter les restants des enfants sans chichi!“

Food wise, everything was perfect. The all canadian breakfast was delicious, and a special mention about the coffee, which used to be the only downside of a A&W breakfast but is now absolutely perfect, even warranting the stop for coffee alone! Overall, fantastic experience!“

“This was my first experience with Canadian fast food. I've got to say that it was actually pretty good. I tried the le squick burger d'alexis, which was a bacon burger with cheese curds and chipotle sauce. It was surprisingly good. Since I didn't really know what to expect, I also ordered classic poutine and it was also good. The portions were very good considering I ordered the bébé size. The cheese curds were squeaky in the burger and poutine, so they were fresh. I'll probably try something different next time, just because I like trying new foods.“

“I have been eating at Harveys for over 30 years. Still the best fast food burger. However, you NEVER put the relish in the top bun! Rookie mistake. In 30 years, never seen this before.
You always have to be very specific when saying the topping. Otherwise, still just as good!“

Super nice service when ordering, but after a small mistake the cook/Mathieu comes out of the back of the restaurant to come in a few seconds when I come back with my sandwich, makes it again and even brings it to me with a big smile. He has the right to a raise, if we talk about employing devote wow! Thank you so much“
“I would call it a professional McDonald's. Beautiful appearance, clean, classy! But no play area for children. It spoils the atmosphere a bit as they say, given that McDonald's has always been a family restaurant... But that's the only thing I find to criticize about this restaurant! ?“

“While traveling through Quebec we happened upon this delicious chain that is poutine focused and wow, what a surprise. We ate deeeelicious poutine, their award winning bacon chipotle poutine and it was sooo yummy. Anne-Marie was such a delight and offered for us to try one of their signature burgers and it was so fresh and yummy. Thank you for a great first impression.
