Lovely little cat café in Québec City! The hot chocolate was very well presented and was tasty, but scalding hot. The cats were adorable and friendly and were very well cared for. Atmopshere was nice with a warm and cosy feel, aside from the piles of household clutter behind our table which brought it down a little. Service was acceptable, very little customer interaction though. Would recommend for a unique cafe option!
Cute cats, hot teas in a comfy cafe. Great place to check out!
Quite disappointed that these cats all come from a breeder. Where I come from , cat cafes only have rescued cats , and serve as a foster/adoption site.
Woman there seemed less than thrilled when I asked questions about the cats.
We first visited here a few years ago, and made sure to come back on our most recent trip to Quebec City. This is definitely my favorite cat Cafe in the world. The team that runs it is super kind and takes great care of the cats, and the food is shockingly good. We are particular fans of homemade lemonade, which is more like a slushie and is very reminiscent of the granitas in Salerno, Italy. Desserts are also amazing, but keep an eye on them as the cats are not shy about asking for what they would like to sample. Also, be prepared if you get up from your seat, the seats are not assigned and the feline members of the community will not necessarily respect your location. :)
Loved visiting this place. Love the cats and the support for our armed forces. Thank you for your service ❤️❤️
Friendly staff and cats! The French Toast was amazing!
the cats were very cute
Nothing but pawsitive things to say about this place. The staff, the owners the food and the furry babies are all awesome.
My partner and I were very excited to come to the cat cafe.
Unfortunately, it was not the highlight of our trip.
When you enter you are asked to take your shoes off, which would be fine but the entry area is quite gross and not clean.
When you come inside it is clean-ish but there is a cat smell and a lot of clutter. We sat down at the only table available, and I would recommend that the cafe only have tables with a smooth surface, instead of slats, as our table had lots of cat dander, fur, and other unknowns in-between each slat. Then menus and cards on the table are old and have a bit of an unpleasant smell to them. I ordered the fruit salad, the smell, cleanliness and poor quality of the fruit meant my food went basically untouched. My partner finished his croissant.
The mission behind the shop is great, and I appreciate the equal employment opportunities. The cats also all looked healthy*. *We saw another review after we went saying the cats are declawed, is this true? We weren't there very long to notice.
Nice visit, lots of folks enjoying the cafe.

beautiful cafe, food is delicious. the lemonade is top tier!! purrfect balance of sweet and sour
Very cute cats and cozy space. Food was good.
Great as always! My love for the fluffy Mario will be burning forever ♥️
We visited the place and they treated us very badly. As soon as we entered they started yelling at us in French too quickly (we are tourists) without even greeting or welcoming us. We approached the bathroom to wash our hands as indicated by the regulations and it was busy so we waited our turn to enter and they shouted the instructions to us again. We sat down and spent about 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table to ask if we were offered anything. Finally we better left. The gloomy atmosphere, without any type of atmosphere other than the screams with which they welcomed us.
This was a very strange experience. Besides the fact there was essentially 0 hospitality, this café smelled terrible and was unsanitary. No, it wasn’t the smell of feet as the owner suggested in other replies, it was the smell of cat urine mostly. Dust And cat hair everywhere, even in the area where food and drinks were prepared. Other cat cafes I’ve been to usually have the cats in a separate area than where my beverage is being made. If this was in any other city in Canada it would be shut down for health violations.
