Great as always! My love for the fluffy Mario will be burning forever ♥️
We visited the place and they treated us very badly. As soon as we entered they started yelling at us in French too quickly (we are tourists) without even greeting or welcoming us. We approached the bathroom to wash our hands as indicated by the regulations and it was busy so we waited our turn to enter and they shouted the instructions to us again. We sat down and spent about 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table to ask if we were offered anything. Finally we better left. The gloomy atmosphere, without any type of atmosphere other than the screams with which they welcomed us.
This was a very strange experience. Besides the fact there was essentially 0 hospitality, this café smelled terrible and was unsanitary. No, it wasn’t the smell of feet as the owner suggested in other replies, it was the smell of cat urine mostly. Dust And cat hair everywhere, even in the area where food and drinks were prepared. Other cat cafes I’ve been to usually have the cats in a separate area than where my beverage is being made. If this was in any other city in Canada it would be shut down for health violations.
The animals prefer it when I sing in French. Seriously. You have to visit this place to feel the spirit 😊
The food is good. The service is slow but while you are distracted watching the cats. Cats get on the table while you eat, so if you're picky, this is not a place for you.
Lovely place to relax, the staff is super courteous and the backstory of how the place came to be very touching.
Very nice and peaceful. Very nice atmosphere. Good food. Watch out for cats trying to eat your food.
Beautiful mission and beautiful decor (I would like to believe), but we stopped there to have 2 lattes: $17 and above all, disgusting coffees that tasted like water without any foam. ..
Was traveling and missing my own cats. Love this place. Great coffee, treats, staff and cuddles!
For cat lovers

Very quick experience (before taking a train). We were served quickly. It's a very welcoming place and the concept is charming. The coffee and homemade lemonade were very good!
Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Nice facility for felines and humans. Adorable antique decor. Comfortable seat. Cats walking around.
I came across this cafe on google maps, and decided to visit it before our train ride to Montreal as it is located just across from Gare du Palais. It was wonderful having coffee accompanied by the cats and Max the dog. Roger is very friendly and made us feel at home. But I really want to apologize to him as I neglected to take off my shoes in a rush to enter the cafe. Sorry!
Nice store and nice people and good food but some some reason this mcdonalds feels like a school with the walkway down the middle and the words of kids coming in fooling around while you try to read. Not my favorite layout but it works for a meal.
It's always such a pleasure visiting this café when I'm in QC. Service is warm and welcoming by both human and cat staff. Grilled cheese and french toast were pretty tasty. The cats here are beautiful and cuddly. Recommended if you are an animal lover ❤️
