This restaurant provides a lobster preparation service, but the way it is handled is extremely disappointing. The bald male server showed no concern when lobster juice splashed onto customers’ clothes, and he served the lobster in a rough manner—throwing it onto the plate with loud banging, almost as if feeding an animal. Such treatment felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was so disgusted that I couldn’t even eat the food and simply left. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of both the restaurant and Canada as a whole.

During our amazing trip to Québec, we had the pleasure of dining at Casa Grecque Restaurant, and it was truly a highlight of our adventure! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.
The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends . We were thrilled with the menu, offering a delightful array of traditional Greek dishes, all bursting with flavor. Each dish was beautifully presented and made with care, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality.
The standout moments were undoubtedly the generous portions and the incredible service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, guiding us through our choices with great recommendations. It made our dining experience all the more enjoyable!
We left absolutely satisfied and eager to come back for more. If you’re in Québec and in the mood for delicious Greek cuisine, we highly recommend Casa Grecque! A huge thank you to the owners and staff for making our dining experience exceed all expectations 👏👏👏👏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We came to your bd ste anne restaurant on the evening of December 14 for a meal. The welcome, service and cuisine lived up to our expectations. However, we were seated in a patio at the back of the room without heating. We had to eat with our coats on for the entire meal.
What can I say about my children who were freezing and couldn't wait to get home to be warm!!!
No commercial gesture from management, not even a hot drink or a small gift for the children!!!
After spending more than $150 and an evening that was not at all what was planned, especially for the children, I would certainly not return to your establishment.

Good morning,
We participated in a company party at your establishment on Saturday, December 14. Unfortunately, there was a heating failure, which forced us to eat with our coats on throughout the evening, there was no difference with the temperature outside.
We would like to point out that the service was excellent and the food also lived up to our expectations. However, we were disappointed to receive no recognition for this inconvenience, such as a complimentary dessert or coffee to warm us up, or even a goodwill gesture in the form of a discount on the bill.
This is a shame, because we have always enjoyed making a detour to come to your branch. We hope that this type of situation will be better handled in the future.

A corporate Christmas party this evening that was frosty to say the least!! Nothing to complain about the welcome and the service, even less the kitchen, but the broken heating meant that we had to eat with our coats on... even the meal didn't warm us up! Not even a commercial gesture or a coffee offered to warm up... sorry but you won't see me again! Too bad everything else was good
