St-Hubert is one of those places that I never skip when I’m in Quebec. If there’s a St-Hubert nearby, chances are I’m eating there.
Being from Ontario, there can definitely be a bit of a language barrier at times. Thankfully, my son speaks fluent French, so we relied on him quite a bit when ordering and getting seated. We did try speaking English first and, well… you’re in Quebec! 😅

Our Hostess Bridget was pleasant and helpful. She was very patient as we tried to order our meals in French instead of our native English. Bridget was excellent!
