We reserved a table for my partner, my mother and I for dinner on 02/23/2024....It all started when the waitress came to tell us that cider was not allowed given the alcohol license that the restaurant holds, so far so good even if it's been around twenty times if not more than I have. brought !! We mentioned it to her and that's where the problems started, she became arrogant and she made us wait several minutes without coming back to see us, she totally ignored us!We put the cider back in our bag without more, so the cider issue was settled, or so I thought! We asked to change places because it was cold on the window sill, which was respected by the manager and it was perfect! While changing sections we saw the waitress in question talking with the manager and it seemed funny and that's when the manager asked my partner to go carry the bag of cider to the car which he did. made on the spot and which means that the famous waitress said that we had cider and that we had asked to change places to consume it???She had already mentioned it to us three times so we more than understood! We got a seat in the other section with another server who was polite and nice. She walked by and gave me another arrogant look and to make matters worse, she brought us our plates, if this behavior isn't intimidation, what is it??We did not see her again afterwards and I will add that it was not the first time that she served us and that the service offered was not great and especially her attitude towards the customers, we felt attacked nothing at all. less .As for the restaurant I am always satisfied, beautiful, clean, good food, good employees. It's a shame but there are three Casa restaurants in Quebec and we are simply going to go to another one, the one in Beauport is over for us..

Very poor service....February 18 dinner with my partner. Reservation at 7 p.m. everything is ok, the waiter seemed stupid. Takes our order and not even 10 minutes later we have our plates, it's great. But for the rest phew we will come back! No return to the table to check if everything is correct, the worst thing is that he passed by our table very often because he was going through it to go to the computer. No look from him, he was having trouble managing his rush stress. And when we paid the bill not even a thank you really a lack of respect towards the people who still make a good part of their salary! I have been in the restaurant business for a long time and never, even in the middle of a rush, do I take care of my customers as they should. Really a lack of professionalism on the part of the server! If I can call that a waiter....more of an order taker period!

Very disapointed. There were 14 of us, including two in wheelchairs.Instead of putting us on the side where there was only one row of tables, where we could have moved around easily, we were put on the side where there were two rows of tables pushed together.Meals received lukewarm/coldI asked for pork medallions, cooked pink, I was able to have them only raw or well cooked!!!Undercooked shrimp, still stuck in the shell.Crunchy and very salty rice.

Very noisy restaurant, it is difficult to hear each other speak. Butterfly shrimp are so seasoned that you no longer taste the shrimp.

There were 8 of us, excellent service. Atlantic salmon fillet for me. Really overcooked to make it difficult to swallow. I mentioned it.....no more. For others it was correct. But the waitress made me forget the rest. I will go back there for sure. Too bad I didn't keep the bill to know who we were served by. I would have called the restaurant to praise its services.
