Got a poutine and burger, extremely overrated. -The poutine was bland, the fries were basic, barely any cheese and the sauce is nothing to write home about. -The burger was probably the most average and bland burger I've ordered at any restaurant. Tasteless meat, boring cheese and generic buns. -At least the Mountain Dew was cold and fizzy! (thank God)
Don't get all the hype and praise about this place. Any other random local poutine shack would 100% beat this one.

The staff tried hard to answer our questions in English which I appreciated. The food was alright. Big pieces of lettuce were in our salad. It'd be better if they can cut them into bite size.

I ordered a galvaude poutine! It arrives without cheese….
The cashier had difficulty saying hello to us. She took my order quickly. I paid through interact. She didn't take out my bill and left to serve another customer who had been waiting just after a coffee for at least 10 minutes. After giving several orders, she looked at me and asked me what I wanted. I had to tell him my order 3 times. She gave my regular spicy to someone else. The cook had made a regular plain sauce (because it was for the next customer). They put a spoonful of hot sauce on top and that's what I got. I can understand that she may be a new employee, but the customer service needs to be reviewed.
