A gem!! Cajun twist on locally sourced ingredients. I had oysters, boudin Cajun sausage duck and pork, sweet potato crème brûlée and a regular guest recommended add-on grilled foi gras, delicious!! Cocktail and wine pairing are brilliant suggestions from the house. As a solo dinner, I had excellent service and a great seat at the bar (I love bar seating). Lively atmosphere small enough for a good vibe. The kitchen is open and the chefs are certainly busy and well choreographed! What a memorable gastronomic experience, merci.

Our favorite meal of our 10 day trip to Canada. amazing food, friendly service, great advice on ordering, cheerful atmosphere, everything was excellent. don't miss the swordfish and the signature courtbouillon it was soo good! highly recommend !
