Delicious interesting food. Excellent attentive service. The restaurant is a excellent thoughtful tonic from the overtouristy places in the old town. Would go again.
Came here for a second time to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and as before we were incredibly happy with our choice. Our server, Daniel, was thoroughly passionate about both the wines and cuisine they offer, and takes the time to explain the full menu and natural wine choices in detail, helping us curate a meal service and pairing that was truly exceptional. My daughter and I visited Ouroboros during our trip to Quebec City, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals.
We arrived later in the day, and although they were able to fit us in, they let us know upfront that some items might be sold out since guests who were already seated would have first priority. I really appreciated that honesty. It set the tone for the entire experience and showed how much they value treating customers fairly.

Restaurant Ouroboros is a stylish, comfortable, and welcoming spot with thoughtful, well-plated food. The service is excellent and congenial, though there can be a short wait for certain items. The creative dishes are small but amazing and full of flavor, making the most of local food. Memorable dishes include the moule, pois, herbe; flétan, sarrasin, haricot; tomate, feta, basilic; and the beautiful tarte and sorbet. The Panna Cotta is a standout. While the agneau, pain, radis and flétan, framboise, piment were a miss, most are impressive. With a great selection of ciders and excellent wine, it is a definite recommendation.
