A gem!! Cajun twist on locally sourced ingredients. I had oysters, boudin Cajun sausage duck and pork, sweet potato crème brûlée and a regular guest recommended add-on grilled foi gras, delicious!! Cocktail and wine pairing are brilliant suggestions from the house. As a solo dinner, I had excellent service and a great seat at the bar (I love bar seating). Lively atmosphere small enough for a good vibe. The kitchen is open and the chefs are certainly busy and well choreographed!...
This was the last night of our 6 week Canadian holiday. What a great way to finish up. Service was amazing. Sam took great care of us. The staff were brilliant as was the food. Fantastic all round.
I haven’t finish my meal yet but i can’t wait to leave the 5 star review everything in this restaurant is awesome food is amazing servers also bravo 🤩 my top 1 restaurant in Quebec✨✨
