I recently visited Deux22 with my coworkers while in Quebec City, and it was an incredible experience! I had the beef quesadillas, and they were quite possibly the best quesadillas I've ever had—perfectly seasoned, with tender beef and melty cheese.
We were a group of 12, and despite calling only a few hours before on a busy Saturday night, they were able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even with our large group.
Last year, I also had the chance to visit Julio Taqueria with coworkers, another amazing Mexican restaurant in Quebec City. While they weren’t able to take reservations for us this time, I’d highly recommend both restaurants for their fantastic food and unique dining experiences.
If you're in the mood for Mexican food, Deux22 is a must-try. The quesadillas alone will have me coming back next time I’m in town! 🌮🌟

We found the flavors in the food really pleasant and the choice of drinks was really varied!

The terrace is heated, which makes it a warm and intimate little cocoon. Around the bar, the atmosphere is livelier. Moreover, the restaurant is well located for going to the bars on Saint-Joseph afterwards.
We had a great experience and very good service.

As visitors from Vancouver, we were excited to experience DEUS22 in Quebec, and the experience almost lived up to our expectations! The food was exceptional – vibrant flavors and authentic Mexican cuisine, with each dish prepared to perfection. The music also added a lot to the ambiance; it was lively, catchy, and transported us directly into a real Mexican party.
Unfortunately, the service left a little to be desired. Our waitress was cold and unfriendly from the start, and it seemed like she just wasn't interested in making us feel welcome. His attitude was unnecessarily rude, which made the experience a bit awkward at times.
Despite this, DEUS22 still stands out for its cuisine and atmosphere. If they ensure that all the staff offer the same warmth as the flavors served, this place would become a must every time we pass through Quebec!
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The burrito was delicious (even the salad dressing was to die for!). The waiter prepared us a homemade lemonade (even though it was not displayed on the drinks menu). An excellent dining experience.
I went there for dinner with friends on a Friday lunchtime. It must have been a good 5 years since I was last eaten at Deux22. Very nice food menu: Quesadilla, tacos, nachos, etc. Alcohol menu 👌🏼 I obviously ate tacos 🌮: the plate was really beautiful and delicious. The portion was perfect for me. Several choices of proteins and toppings. Good service too!! I recommend it if you want Mexican food!

I went there for the first time today with my son and my daughter-in-law. They spoke to me about this place with enthusiasm and I was not disappointed! The gravlax is delicious and the owner is very friendly! I paid little for what I ate, compared to other places! I recommend!

How do I give this place 0 stars? The waiter who’s in a black hat - I think he’s the manager too doesn’t even look at you when you step in. He doesn’t let you customize the menu even though we were vegetarian. While we were waiting for our food for 1 hour he was busy at the bar drinking with the locals. 0 percent tip is what he got.
