The service is efficient and careful, without rushing diners. The restaurant has a superb character and a great atmosphere, not too noisy. The cuisine is excellent, with great choices including beef cheek and several vegetarian options. The food is consistently delicious, and the wine list is diverse, with great choices from Quebec. The souse with oysters was a standout, and desserts like baba are perfect. The menu features a variety of tasty options, such as mozzarella, aguachile, conchiglie, and labneh, all served in a lovely setting.
