First off, please see Julianne at the bar. She was incredibly helpful and tenacious. We ordered a couple of drinks, some appetizers and wanted to use the golf simulator. The simulator computer was re-set and Julianne had issues getting the system going again. She didn't just give up. She tried rebooting the system several times, got on the phone with her boss and several others asking for help. After many attempts , she finally got it going. This was after she had issues with one of the beer taps. We also used a golf club whose head went flying and hit the wall behind us because it was not properly attached! That being said, the issues with the facility were not Julianne's fault, but she persevered despite them. The place gets a 3 due to some issues, but Julianne gets a 5 as she truly cares about doing a good job.

Disappointing service at reception

The lady at reception was impatient and unprofessional. She didn't even take the time to listen to us and urged us to decide right away, otherwise she would leave to do something else. Very bad experience, it doesn't make you want to come back.

I have rarely seen a barmaid who is so efficient🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I have been in the catering industry for over 30 years. No hellos or seated service at the bar for 15 minutes with 3 people sitting at the same bar. Amazing. I got up and left the establishment without ever making eye contact.

It's a nice place but unfortunately the food was cold and the customer service pitiful. We're in front of the waitresses and they act as if we weren't there. In addition, my gift card is refused on the pretext that it expires after 1 year even though it is against the law to have an expiration date! Don't be fooled, a gift card retains its value at all times.
UPDATE: I was refunded the value of the gift card.

I frequent this Doolys for their golf simulators. Very good atmosphere and good value for money in summer with the 50% off promo. Try it when it rains. The simulators are of very good quality.

I went today...it's been a long time, what was my very unpleasant surprise at the change...the video lotteries at the top and what to say about the music,,,the day almost all elderly people...the music not loud but excessively loud... very unpleasant and the machines all reset to 0... not too correct, a shame this place used to be classy
