Dimanche, 30 janvier au dîner, les employés m'ont servi un poké éphémère. Merci de la suggestion, c'était excellent. 😋
This was my first attempt at this specific Yuzu, they are clearly not all equal (3rd attempt at a Yuzu, first time food is actually good).
The food was great but the service for a takeout (which is what everyone in the restaurant was doing) was chaotic to say the least. There wasn't a lot of client but still the cashier couldn't handle it while simply giving pre-done order to people. Something that should have taken 2 minutes ended up taking 10-15 for no reasons.

Every dish has exceptional flavors! It's our new favorite sushi spot. Service is also wonderful.
