The food was not fresh and was very poorly cooked, the meal was generally not tasty at all and we expected to eat better than at home especially when you go on a short vacation. We have been to Europe quite a few times and never encountered food of such a low quality.

Very bad service, the waiter didn’t even spend 10 minutes over our table during our two hours stay, they served us with wrong food over and over, they didn’t even bring us butter&bread until we asked for it. Don’t recommend it to tourists. After seeing your reply,it doesn’t seem that you are planning for any imrovment in your service. As I said this place is not recommended for tourists, maybe you can keep it just for local people which your team is familiar with their accent!

You should review your online menu and update it like your plate of ribs and Caesar salad in the starter choices as on your old menu because this leads to disappointment because you offer these products in restaurants but not in your menu online. I would like to provide an update to my review. I find it really unfortunate to see that you removed several items from the menu. At least 2/3 of the menu is no longer available and you have not made the best choices. You have become a steak house without chicken, without pasta for those who are allergic to seafood, with very limited choices of sides. I don't understand the reason for your change, are you preparing to close? I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food at your place but I think that you did not make a good choice in making these changes. Very unfortunate

I have been eating at Entrecote Riverin Beauport since it opened about three years ago and I have never been disappointed! The service is great, impeccable.

The food is very ordinary. I ordered the 1/4 ribs as a starter. The worst ribs I have eaten in my life. Boiled ribs of beige gray color, zero appetizing and the taste was up to the presentation. Bad. I had the flank steak as a main meal, I asked for it to be cooked rare and it arrived medium well done. My partner had the salmon tataki as a starter and it wasn't very good either. I would never go back there and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only positive point is the sauce that came with my flank steak.
