➕ Good sushi, not very expensive➖ Poor serviceWe asked for the sushi menu (which is on their website), but the waiter was trying to convince us to have the tasting menu. He told us that it would take an hour to prepare the a la carte sushi, but that was clearly to make us change our choice, because the sushi arrived 10 minutes after we entered. He did the same thing with all the tables that arrived after us.He ignored us for 15 minutes, so we had our cocktail while ordering our starter. Same thing for wine. We asked for wine by the glass, he explained to us that it would arrive in a glass other than the one on our table, left with our glasses but never asked us what we wanted, so we got the glasses late.He came to carry the cocktails and dropped a quarter of them on the floor and on the table. My girlfriend laughed because she thought he was going to leave with it, but no.He arrived to make us pay at the same time as bringing us our bills. There were errors on our invoices, which had not been separated in two. The items didn't go to the right people either.The food was good and the a la carte menu is much cheaper than the tasting menu. The starters (soup, imperial rolls) were good too. My girlfriend liked her cocktail, I didn't like mine.

I wanted to share my experience of February 16, 2024. As my partner works outside Quebec during the week, we wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday. When I made the telephone reservation 3 weeks ago, I was confirmed that we could request the Valentine's Day menu. When the evening came, we asked for this different menu from the current one and this was refused by the waiter. The tables were also so close together that we could hear each other's conversations too well and it offered no privacy. Very disappointed, we ordered the regular sharing menu and found the portions small. Although the quality of the sushi was present, we expected more as a first experience in this highly rated restaurant.
