I am giving 5 stars for the incredible service received today during my visit for dinner. Having celiac disease, I asked the employees if there was gluten in the sauce. I was told that the pepper sauce was gluten-free. Afterwards, they went to the kitchen to make sure the fries were cooked properly in a separate fryer. For me, it was the first time I had tried a poutine from the Victoria cheese factory, which has been around since 1946. I chose the small classic peppercorn poutine and it was excellent. The amount of cheese is so generous it's amazing how good the pepper sauce is too. It is 100% sure that I would go back as soon as I have the chance to go there since it is a must-try poutine in Quebec and its experience & taste is unique for a poutine.
