Absolute perfection. Gaël is a super kind and lovely woman who took all the time in the world to explain every pastry to me, every ingredient. I’m a foreigner and she was super gracious! Ignore anyone who says otherwise!
I bought 6 of them and they’re all wonderful. The lime with mint and basil was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet. And yet a subtle explosion of flavor.

The creations are very original and good. His background as a chemist appears. Still expensive, but that's to be expected for the guy. Very creative

Gaël Vidricaire pâtisseries offers beautiful, artisanal pastries that are well-balanced and delicate. Desserts like the lemon meringue and almond heart with chouquettes deliver intense flavors and exquisite taste. Though prices are high, the quality, creativity, and freshness justify the cost. The presentation is exceptional, with a very nice welcome and detailed explanations. The website is also excellent and easy to consult.
