I have been eating at Harveys for over 30 years. Still the best fast food burger. However, you NEVER put the relish in the top bun! Rookie mistake. In 30 years, never seen this before. You always have to be very specific when saying the topping. Otherwise, still just as good!

A horror story with UberEats, Mathis the manager was able to recover the situation. Excellent customer service!
9 times out of 10 you can't give the exact order. Lost 20 minutes going back on board again to have the rest of my order given to me by an employee still asleep at the counter.
Too bad since the food is generally good, but you have to watch everything every time.

very misunderstood on 3 occasions finally I had two ordinary hamgerger for hangus at full price, I tried to make myself understood but impossible in too much pressure. not the first time if the cashier doesn't understand French please change it. yes I explained but hey not there to quibble but to relax.

Today November 10, 2024 For our first visit, Everything was perfect the only downside that I didn't like is that they don't hear well with the music and the kitchen behind it makes a lot of noise, we have misery to understand each other so, they redid my order because I had not ordered it, I instead threw away what he had done for nothing, offered it to us otherwise, it was going in the trash, a very good service that I had today, the guys were nice and smiling and there was a nice, very fine girl, also a nice atmosphere, I liked it better here, it's more beautiful and comfortable with the benches than him on the 1st avenue, we are well received, a nice atmosphere, I am not disappointed with my first time, thank you

Another problem with the kitchen hoods, a panel of which was removed and brings the smell of oil and roasting into the dining room. Even the front doors were open to get some out. It's back to the way it was when it reopened after the fire last spring. That doesn't encourage you to go back.
