“We just ate the Shogun in the evening of October 2024. I'm never disappointed with you, but there... It was the best "sushi" of my life. The other best before that were also from you. The pumpkin seeds on the maki pizza combined with the caramelized onions with the crab…I would eat just that for the rest of my life. Special mention to the strawberry-smoked salmon and cream cheese one. It sounds simple like that, but in reality it was a symphony of flavors, each note revealing itself one after the other. What is this smoked salmon anyway? He steals the show (in a good way)! Art. I ate art, sushi version. It wasn't my first time, and as you can imagine it won't be the last. ❤️“
