For a fine dining experience I would not say it meets that threshold. No linen table covers, loud music, patrons wearing ball caps, sports on TV, and close tables meaning walking people have to maneuver zig zagiing through the restaurant. Our dinner was cellebrating our 31st anniversary and we brought our wedding candle which they lighted but at the end when our deserts were delivered there was absolutely no mention of an extra favour or anything recognizing our celebration.
