My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. They were very accommodating to his dietary restrictions, without compromising the experience or the taste of the dishes. The wait staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We would definitely go back on our next visit to Quebec and highly recommend!!

First visit to Laurie Raphaël. Had the testing menu on New Years' Day with the suggested wine pairing. Incroyable! The food was superb and the wine matches were exquisite. Very attentive and courteous service.Bravo! We will be back.

Beginning with our welcome, we knew it was going to be an outstanding experience! We particularly enjoyed meeting the chef and kitchen staff as we were taken to our table. That was a lovely and unique experience. We chose the entire gastronomic experience with the wine pairings. Our service was led by Kevin and assisted by Michael and a few others. Each individual demonstrated concern and attentiveness with a touch of fun throughout the meal. We really don’t know which course stood out the most, as each were extraordinary. The wine pairings were unique and perfect for each course. After dinner, we retired to the lounge for after dinner, cocktails, and chocolate. We consider ourselves foodies, and appreciated every nuance of the evening. On our way out, we stopped in to thank chef Rafael and his staff. What a delightful experience dining here. We wish every diner coming to Quebec could enjoy Lori Raphael!

Amazing culinary experience! The best food we had in Canada.

Amazing set holiday meal replete with caviar, smoked sturgeon, foie gras, black truffle, wagyu beef and an unctuous chocolate ganache. All the dishes were works of art and beautifully balanced. Staff were warm, informed and conscientious. It was a theatrical foodie event and we were very satisfied!
