There simply aren’t enough stars. This is more than dinner, it is an unbelievable experience. My wife and I had an unforgettable time; the food is phenomenal, the pairings are thoughtful, creative, and impeccable, the service is simply unmatched. There is a reason they have been around 34 years and still are at the top.

I'm not sure that I'm qualified to properly rate a Michelin starred restaurant. I hadn't even heard of some of the ingredients in the dishes...but I do know that they were delicious! My wife & I enjoyed a truly special dining experience.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by name and very warmly. We were introduced to the kitchen staff and then sat. The food was exceptional in taste, composition and presentation and paired perfectly with the two levels of wine choices. Can’t even choose a favourite course, it was all so good but the tartelette and the vege were the delightful surprises and the safroned apple dessert was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. The service and attention to every detail was perfect. Fabulous experience gentlemen and lady. Thank you for a wonderful 10th Anniversary dinner.

This was my second visit to Laurie Raphaël and somehow it was even better than I remembered. The food is absolutely off the charts – every dish was bursting with flavour, creativity, and uniqueness. Each course left me smiling and in awe.

The staff were attentive, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. I loved starting the evening by walking through the kitchen and shaking the chef’s hand – such a special touch. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with an ambiance that feels both elevated and inviting.

From start to finish, I was completely thrilled. Laurie Raphaël has truly earned its Michelin star, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. You won’t be disappointed!

Sublime does not come close to the service food and wine served. Fantastic evening and excellent sommelier very knowledgeable and made the evening. We we come back to Quebec we will return.

This was my third time to Laurie Raphael. The food continues to be some of the best I've had around the world. Every course was 100% amazing. The service is second to none!

The unfortunate part of my visit this time is that there is not space for parties larger than 4 inside and hence my party of 5 was seated in the outdoor terrace. The terrace is exceedingly loud with road traffic, causing us to struggle to hear conversations and the description of the food. A really unfortunate circumstance. If you can book a seat inside you won't be disappointed.
