Great dinner at Le Cafe du Monde! A special shout out to Katrin, the bartender, who was working on a new, custom cocktail that she let my wife sample while we waited at the bar. My wife liked it so much she ordered two more during our evening at Cafe du Monde. Beautiful, riverfront setting. Large entree portions.

Outstanding evening. Joanne our waitress was terrific. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary. She was very attentive. I absolutely loved the ambience throughout the restaurant. The food was delicious. Delicious steak tartar. The Caesar salad was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back for the French onion soup! We will absolutely come back.

The service was very good, the food OK, the wine list is perhaps exaggerated for Americans and some Europeans maybe it's OK, honestly I think they are losing their regular clientele to tourists, I also wonder how that happens will you go with the new group to which they belong?? Maybe you'll see TVs or something like in some sports bar??? for me I had started to go there less and less and it will be even less for the years to come, yet it is truly one of the most beautiful views of the river
