Wellicht is het tijdstip of de dag, maar helaas was het er niet druk. Terwijl een zaak met zoveel mooie keus aan bieren dit goed kan hebben.Hun eigen bieren zijn perfect, en zouden nog beter uitkomen als er iets meer liefde in het uitschenken word besteed. Ik hou dit voor een illusie aangezien men in Noord Amerika nou eenmaal niet zo mooi kan tappen als Europa.Het spoelen van glazen en een mooie schuimkraag zouden meer dan welkom zijn.
