J’y suis allé hier soir pour la première fois. Grand choix de bières de micro, nourriture excellente et service plus que sur la coche. Définitivement un endroit où je vais retourner lors de ma prochaine visite à Québec.
Love that the restaurant has kept the finishes (and vault!) of the former bank. Staff was lovely and friendly, just as attentive to me as a solo traveller as to their bigger tables. The selection of local craft beers is amazing. I had the gravlax and the roasted lettuce ranch salad, both were fantastic. The team of two front of house and two back of house staff worked super efficiently together and had fun vibes.
It was at the beginning of one of Quebec's many festivals. If you read the signs first, you can adore and appreciate all of the joy of people gawking. I did enjoy the festival. Few to no chiildren exposed. Those few who were seemed happy. It was appropriately adult oriented event.
