Great experience getting to choose my own beans for my cortado. Unfortunately, the cortado had too much milk for a 1:1 espresso:milk ratio and thus watered down the flavor of my beverage. Experience could be improved by adjusting the ratio so the quality roasted coffee can be tasted over the milk.
