This location, nestled in the heart of the Old Quebec City, harmonizes with the surrounding architecture and does not display the typical golden arches. Instead, it features a nice plaque with their logo, blending into the quaint environment of the Upper Town section.
Inside, it maintains the typical fast food chain atmosphere while providing a spacious dining area across two stories, with the upstairs room offering nice views of the street. The staff is friendly and quick, although some may still lack certain customer service skills and French language proficiency. The seasonal menu changes are worth checking out, as well as the unique aspects that set Canadian McDonald's apart from others. Happy meals are popular; however, one customer mentioned that the cheeseburger can be too salty. Additionally, this location has a Security Guard, which adds to the sense of safety. The washroom and other amenities are well maintained, making it a kid-friendly place with feeding chairs and diaper-changing facilities. However, it does not have a dedicated parking lot due to its central location.
