Best sushi in Quebec City after 10 years of comparing them all. I still keep coming back here because it’s simply the best: the freshest, the most traditional. People who don’t vibe with Eddie’s are probably grocery store sushi fans. If you know, you know.

The quality of the food was high!
I was informed that there were 12 pieces of Tempura to be served, but it was actually 7😅

Once again, one of the best sushi in Quebec. Thank you so much.
A little expensive though, but impeccable quality and service.
In addition, the proximity to the MNBAQ makes it a much appreciated option for me when leaving the museum.
Be careful though, the restaurant is not at street level: so it's easy to walk past without seeing it a flight of steps up (I don't think there are any options for people with reduced mobility Unfortunately).
