Have ordered several times with the app without any problems. Early this morning I saw a special that is there only once every 3-4 months. I select to take out at the end of the afternoon trusting that usually there is the time on the receipt. Nothing on the receipt. A text message on my cell with the "track tail" for a delivery man when I had requested takeout. I call the number it gives me the central with a woman in great confusion. She ends up passing me the branch where a man answers me in an aggressive tone, asking me what's the problem with the order. I start to explain to him and he cuts me off to argue with another employee. He comes back on the phone even more aggressive. I try to explain the situation again, trying to ask him to just reheat my order before I arrive. He cuts me off before I even get to that (barely a minute of explanation) and tells me that the situation is not his problem and that I just had to move on... I think that this gentleman is not made to work in the public sector. If he doesn't want to interact with customers at Christmas why work that day?

Customer for a very long time, the service is very ordinary but above all, I was delivered the worst pizza I have seen. So soft and wet, after an hour in the delivery bag, that I threw it away because they wouldn't take it back and refund me.
Yeah the delivery guy has Limoilou who never carries his change in his pockets and says he doesn't have any in the car change your thing it's boring. Very good I love your food I call often 🫣 - recurrence***

I tried the Chinese fondue pizza. Yuck! Big disappointment. Normandin's is a thousand times better. And the regular poutine sauce tasted smoky. Everyone has their own tastes, but I prefer a standard poutine, like Ashton's. On the other hand, I usually like their topped pizza and I appreciate the freebies. If it had just been topping pizza, I would have given 4-5 stars for the food. But the Chinese fondue pizza deserves 1 star. So an average of 2-3 stars Very ordinary service.
