I bought Vol au vent with oysters.
Well, there was NOT A SINGLE oyster in this Vol au vent.
However, the wording of the product is indeed “TO oysters”.
This means that I should find at least TWO oysters in this Vol au vent.
But that is not the case.
Just béchamel with a fishy taste!!!

We bought crab cakes at Unimer in Les Halles de Ste-Foy. Very disappointing, at $5.25 each, it doesn't taste like seafood at all, there was none inside, very fatty too.
Honestly, my best sushi, outside of restaurants, since tasting it for the first time in 2010. It's remarkable to maintain such a level of quality for so long. Well done to the managers, but above all thank you to the exemplary know-how of the people working in the kitchen!
We bought oyster vol au vents from Unimer in Les Halles de Ste-Foy on October 23, 2024 and we were disappointed because there were no oysters inside, only potatoes and oyster juice. . For a fishmonger it's not great.
I always enjoy my visits to this fish store. Freshness and service at the rendezvous. Bag of giant shrimp to cook on a raclette pan! Sickening how good it is. There was a lack of choice, because I would have taken bigger shrimp... but still very good and I was quickly and well advised.

I took a 56 piece sushi plate and I was disappointed. Hard sushi not tasty dry rice and blackened avocado for the price I expected a little better especially since I love this fishmonger and I'm used to the quality.

Very rubbish sushi, without chemistry. Were already good for the price but no more chemistry in the taste and weird mixing.And the prices are no longer so reasonable.Finished for me!!
