Windows allow for a “bathed under the sunlight” warm atmosphere and while the seats could use some cushioning, it’s still incredible.

Brûlerie Rousseau at Halles Sainte-Foy is a spot for quality coffee. The coffee is excellent, fresh, and smooth, better than regular coffee. Specific drinks like the medium mocha and Chai latte are good, with a well-balanced flavor. Pastries like the date square are delicious, with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting in the middle of the Halles. Service is friendly, efficient, and very good. There are lots of choices for soups, snacks, lunch and desserts, though not many veggie lunch options. Note that wheelchair accessibility may be limited.
