The food is good, but every visit is a little disappointing in the service. We were placed on the bar side for dinner and we felt "abandoned", the waiter really not coming often (we were at most 4 tables in the section, 2 of which were occupied by single people). The next day at breakfast, only one waitress even though the restaurant was crowded. Once seated, the life of waiting even reached outside! 2 other waitresses arrived later but despite everything, we did not have adequate service (no sugar for the coffee, a waitress who "heated" my friend's cappuccino with coffee from the carafe without it ask first...). In short, we love the food and it is for this sole reason that we return there when we are in the area for work.

The worst poutine I ever had. I visited Quebec from Toronto and was eager to tried the poutine from the city as it’s quite famous here, only to be disappointed. The service was average. The server was on th phone most of time and was confused herself about the portions on the menu. It turned out to be $12.75 (incl taxes) for small portion. However I got the poutine and opened the poutine at my hotel, just 5 mins drive from the store. The gravy was not hot at all. It’s a complete NO to this place if you are looking to try the poutine here.

We had reservations for 8 people. Arrived on site, we were placed on two benches of 4 people separated by the passage corridor. Had to ask twice for coffee. One person in the group asked for hot chocolate and once the meals were served, we had to ask again to get it. When ordering, we specified that we wanted the household bread. The plates arrived with regular bread. We advised during service and the housekeeping bread arrived when we had finished our plates. The service was far below what one would expect from a restaurant chain like Normandin. The plates were also very sparse. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not return.

Burnt bacon, 1/2 ham with turaille and uncooked scrambled egg. Spit gooey butcher. Waitress alone. Good service except not offered jam and ketchup. She was alone yesterday morning.

Seriously, one of the bad pizzas we've ever had. Fat bacon, barely cooked, no cheese, a full wedge without toppings. We are told that the order will be ready in about fifteen minutes and we are there at the scheduled time...everything is cold, the pizza and the fries. It's been a few times that we are disappointed that it is on site or for takeout. We always want to give the rider a chance but I think we have given enough. The quality has been declining for several years.
