We ordered 2 breakfast poutines. Uncooked sausage, portion to say the least…. Insufficient, even insulting. $18 for a lunch plate which is easily half the competition. Prices and/or quantities served to customers must be adjusted within this franchise.

Equal to other experiences in the chain

DEC 23, no more sugar, no more butter. The kitchen is moving slowly, that's for sure...the pizza took more than 30 minutes to arrive at the table (it was 1:30 p.m. so "Rush" time has passed. The waitress did what she she could but I wouldn't have liked to be in her place. Good luck for the future 🤞🤞🙏🙏.

Ma conjointe a commande le dejeuner bagel et on lui a servi un bagel dans une assiette pour le pain les patates dans un petit bol pour sauce . La serveuse nous a mentionne qu’ils ont manque d’assiette . Pourtant les clients arrives apres nous ont ete servi dans grande assiette. Tout ca pour 15$ . Chez mcdo t’as un mcmuffin garni avec patate et cafe pour 8$

Errors in ordering are all too recurring. For example, we ordered a gourmet hamburger and received a plain hamburger.

Seriously whether you are at the table or at the delivery, it's been a few times it's cold, it's not edible... we reheat a pizza delivered in the oven... and recook the fries in our fryer as long as I'm going do it myself plus I gave 20% tip now I regret 0 plus 0 next time

Wet, cold pizza, not holding together, uncooked dough. Long delivery time. The whole family was disappointed.

Dinner for a group of friends.
Lunch menu, macaroni gratin with shrimp, good taste, was not hot enough.
Excellent service, attentive.
Expected atmosphere for this type of restaurant.

Very disappointed.
Arrive at 11 a.m. for 2 people, 1 adult and 1 child. At 11:40 a.m. we were offered a soup as it took a long time at 12:10 p.m. still not received our food. I tell the waitress that I'm leaving and she tells me too bad it was ready.
I tell him it's too late. Then I meet a manager who apologizes for the situation, I ask her if it was really ready, she confirms in the kitchen and no it was not ready.
Seriously I understand that the fds is busy but after 1h30 in the restaurant and my plate is not even being prepared it's insulting.
It's not the fault of the waitresses but of the management and kitchen.

I ordered 2 'smash burgers' from you yesterday.
Here are the problems:
1-delivery arrives after 1 hour 45 minutes.
2- the meatballs were not well cooked.
3- You have no idea what a 'smash burger' is! You have to crush the meatball completely so that even the edges are crispy.
Your patty was a regular hamburger patty. Nothing to do with what I wanted.
We expected something else; of which your ad is totally inadequate. If I buy an Audi, I don't want a Lada😉

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra sauce. There was no chicken on one half and it also had mushrooms...? I would tell you that my extra sauce was more of a tip, like I didn't have it either. I don't cook and that's why I ordered it at the restaurant but there!
