Superb experience at Resto-Bar LIMA. The dishes are generous and tasty, with perfectly balanced flavors and fresh ingredients. Sébastien provides attentive and courteous service, offering great explanations and recommendations. The small, charming restaurant has a courteous atmosphere, and the assembly of the dishes is superb. The authentic Peruvian flavors shine through in dishes like lomo saltado, ceviche, chaufa de seafood, and churros. Dorothy, one of the best servers ever encountered, adds to the welcoming atmosphere with her passion and knowledge about the menu. A must-visit gem for delicious food and exceptional service.
